How to set up the reusable hose stop
Clamp a reusable hose finish socket into the jaws of a bench vice.
Insert one end of a hydraulic hose into the fitting secured in the vice. Change the hose counterclockwise to thread it into the socket. Proceed turning till the hose bottoms out in the fitting.
Lubricate the mandrel assemble of the reusable hydraulic fitting with cleanse hydraulic fluid. Slide the mandrel in and out of the socket and into the end of the hydraulic hose to lubricate the within of the connection.
Thrust the mandrel into the socket till the threads of the assembly meet the EPT edge of the socket. Turn the nipple nut clockwise to thread the mandrel into the socket with an adjustable wrench. Quit turning the nut when there is a 1/32 to 1/16 inch hole between the EPT edge of the mandrel assembly and the EPT confront of the socket.
Hold the EPT nipple nut regular with an adjustable wrench. Switch the rear mandrel nut counterclockwise with a second adjustable wrench to full the assembly.
